These Terms & Conditions govern the use of SMM Infinity, including account access, service orders, account balance, API access, and other features available through the platform.
By creating an account or using SMM Infinity, you agree to follow these terms and any service-specific conditions displayed at the time of ordering.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to create an SMM Infinity account or use the services available through the platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.
Multiple Accounts Are Allowed
SMM Infinity does not prohibit users from creating or operating multiple accounts. Each account remains separately subject to the applicable SMM Infinity terms, service conditions, payment rules, and account policies.
When We May Suspend or Terminate an Account
SMM Infinity may restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate an account when serious misuse, payment fraud, illegal activity, or violations of our Terms & Conditions are identified.
Fraud or Unauthorised Payments
Using stolen cards, unauthorised payment accounts, fake payment information, or any other fraudulent payment method is strictly prohibited. Accounts involved in confirmed payment fraud may be permanently terminated, and affected orders may be cancelled.
Chargebacks or Payment Disputes
Submitting a chargeback or payment dispute after services have already been ordered or delivered may result in an account review.
Where misuse or an invalid dispute is confirmed, SMM Infinity may restrict or permanently terminate the account and take appropriate action regarding affected orders and balances.
Illegal or Prohibited Use
Accounts used for illegal activities or prohibited content, including scams, phishing, malware, fraud, harassment, extremist content, or other restricted activities. It may be suspended or permanently terminated. Serious violations may result in immediate account action.
Spam or Platform Abuse
Using SMM Infinity for spam, system abuse, manipulation of platform functions, or other activity intended to misuse the service may result in account restrictions or termination.
Abuse Toward Support Staff
Threatening, abusive, or seriously disrespectful behaviour toward SMM Infinity staff may result in warnings, account restrictions, suspension, or termination depending on the severity of the situation.
What Happens After Termination?
Once an account is permanently terminated, access to the dashboard and related SMM Infinity features may be disabled. Any active orders, available balance, or other account matters will be handled according to the applicable Terms & Conditions and account status at the time of termination.
Not Acceptable Content and Activities
SMM Infinity must not be used to support, promote, facilitate, or distribute content connected to prohibited or unlawful activities.
Orders may be rejected, cancelled, restricted, or reviewed when they involve:
Scam or Fraud
Services must not be used to deceive people, steal money, create fraudulent offers, or support financial scams.
Phishing
Orders connected to phishing pages, credential theft, fake login pages, or similar attempts to obtain private information are prohibited.
Hacking or Malware
SMM Infinity must not be used to promote malware, malicious software, unauthorized system access, hacking services, or related harmful activity.
Illegal Activities
Services cannot be used to promote or facilitate activities prohibited by applicable law.
Hate or Harassment
Content primarily intended to target, threaten, abuse, or harass individuals or protected groups is not permitted.
Violence, Terrorism, or Extremism
SMM Infinity must not be used to promote terrorism, violent extremist organizations, violent attacks, or related propaganda.
Child Sexual Abuse or Exploitation
Any content involving the sexual abuse, exploitation, or endangerment of children is strictly prohibited.
Copyright Infringement
Services must not knowingly be used to promote content that unlawfully infringes another person's copyright or intellectual property rights.
Impersonation
Orders intended to deceptively impersonate another person, organization, or brand are prohibited.
Service Prices and Conditions May Change
SMM service availability, pricing, limits, features, and individual service conditions can change over time.
SMM Infinity may update these details without advance notice.
Customers should therefore review the current service information on the dashboard before placing each new order, rather than relying on an older price or description.
Account Balance Does Not Expire
SMM Infinity account balance does not have a fixed expiration date. An available balance can remain in the account until it is used for eligible services, provided the account remains accessible and compliant with applicable terms.
API Access
SMM Infinity provides API access without an additional API access fee.
Users who connect an external website, application, reseller system, or other software through the API are responsible for properly configuring and managing their own integration.
API availability and technical functionality may be updated as the platform develops.
Changes to These Terms
SMM Infinity may revise these Terms & Conditions when platform features, services, business requirements, or policies change.
The latest published version of the Terms & Conditions applies to continued use of the platform.
Users should review this page periodically for updates.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
Any dispute arising from or relating to SMM Infinity, its services, accounts, or these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or modified only to the extent necessary under applicable law.
The remaining provisions will continue to remain in effect.
